This 24/7 network monitoring & maintenance service will allow us to watch most aspects of your network to detect, fix, and report problems before they escalate to the point that you experience downtime, data loss, or issues that require expensive repairs. For each of our Central Coast IT services clients, we provide constant monitoring and maintenance to ensure:

  • A Preferred Client Discount of 10% on Non-Covered Technical Support Labor: Save on costs for special projects that are outside the scope of our Agreement.

4-Hour On-Site Response Time Guarantee

Getting issues resolved as efficiently as possible is your top IT service priority, so in the event that our technicians are unable to resolve an emergency network issue from our help center, we will dispatch a technician to your facility within 4 business hours from the time the issue was reported.
