24/7 Remote Monitoring & Maintenance System
This 24/7 network monitoring & maintenance service will allow us to watch most aspects of your network to detect, fix, and report problems before they escalate into downtime, data loss, or expensive repair issues. Our services include the monitoring and maintenance of the following:
Unlimited Remote Service & Support
In the event your network goes down, or if users experience any type of issue, our team of certified technicians will respond within 1-hour of being notified of such issue, and remotely troubleshoot until resolved, or until onsite service is deemed necessary.
Unlimited Onsite Service & Support
An unlimited amount of onsite service time is included for when remote support is insufficient in resolving your issues. All travel fees including mileage/fuel are always waived with this service plan.
Response Time Guarantee
85% of the technical issues we deal with are resolved remotely, and always responded to within a 1-hour guarantee. In the event our technicians are unable to remotely resolve an issue, we will dispatch a technician to your facility within 2 business hours for emergency mission-critical items, and within 4 business hours for non-mission critical items. Consulting & Planning
Continual communication with you and your key staff and sufficient planning is critical to the long-term success of a secure and reliable network. On a monthly basis, our CTO will meet with your designated point of contact (via telephone or in person) to review a brief summary of your network’s trends, security and performance, as well as to review our ongoing strategic planning projects such as disaster recovery planning, regulatory compliance, acceptable user policy, security consulting, and more. These reviews will allow us to make specific recommendations for improving your network performance, productivity, and help you plan for future IT needs.
