Ribaudo Assists TechXpress with New Identity and Positioning

San Luis Obispo – November 13, 2002 - Christopher Ribaudo, copywriter and brand consultant, has worked with TechXpress, a leading tech support, web design and Internet access provider in San Luis Obispo, to develop a new brand platform and strategic communications program.

“We have developed a new brand platform, with a refreshed vision, mission, positioning and values, that will unite, direct and shape all of TechXpress’ future actions and communications,” says Ribaudo.

The new positioning is supported by four key values: trust, innovation, service and research. TechXpress is a company focused on the future and on meeting the changing tech support, web design and Internet access needs of small to medium-sized companies in the Central California Coast region.
