TechXpress Donates Website to Big Brothers Big Sisters of SLO County

San Luis Obispo, CA -- Local information technology services firm, TechXpress, Inc., recently donated the design of a new website to Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of San Luis Obispo County, in the value of $5,600. The site, www.slobigs.org, facilitates matching Big Brothers and Big Sisters with Little Brothers and Little Sisters, and enables the organization to accept online donations.

“TechXpress has been an invaluable partner,” says BBBS Executive Director, Steve Thayer. “The TechXpress staff created a colorful, inviting website that is highly functional. It’s just what we needed.” Thayer explains that expanding the donor base meant looking to online capabilities. “It’s what people want these days – everyone is so busy, convenience is the key, even in charitable giving.”

“We’re very pleased to be able to support Big Brothers Big Sisters with the technology they need to thrive, and to better serve our community,” says TechXpress Founder/CEO Bryan Sarlitt.
