Frisby is a Lompoc native who served 22 years in the Air Force and has more than 20 years of experience in the area of Information Technology (IT). He has a Masters Degree in IT from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri. His career experience includes serving as IT Manager for Nestle-Purina and Chief Information Office for a global manufacturing firm.
