Once we’ve completed the design and development of your new website, and imported all of your necessary content, you will need access to manage the day-to-day back-office functions going forward. With Dashboard XPRESS, you will have the ability to update virtually all of the content within the website including text, images, videos, products, pricing, promotions/discounts, shipping, and much more.

As user-friendly as Dashboard XPRESS is, we like to ensure our clients are fully comfortable prior to “handing over the keys”. Therefore, we review the entire system with you and your staff from top to bottom, either in person at our training center in San Luis Obispo, or via web meeting if travel is inconvenient. Your assigned project manager will work with you one-on-one, walking you through each applicable feature, and answering all your questions.

We also provide an extensive online help manual which is regularly updated, as well as video tutorials, and an extensive online knowledgebase. Training services are unmetered, so you may feel free to brush up on your Dashboard XPRESS skills as often as you like.

Our support team takes over from where the initial training leaves off. Once your new website is live on the internet, our Web Support Department will be available for assistance and support tasks that come up. We take great pride in responding to each client personally, usually within 2 hours, and work quickly to resolve problems and answer questions. We regularly survey our clients to ensure that our support is consistently responsive and professional.

Our Web Support Department hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm PST. Our emergency dispatch team handles mission critical issues after hours.
