Monitoring & Maintenance
This 24/7 network monitoring & maintenance service will allow us to watch most aspects of your network to detect, fix, and report problems before they escalate into downtime, data loss, or expensive repair issues. Our services include the monitoring and maintenance of the following:

In the event your network goes down, or if you experience any type of issue, our team of technicians will troubleshoot the issue with you at no additional charge.
- Help Desk Tech Support: Your employee point person(s) can call us anytime during business hours and speak to a qualified technician about issues they or other users are experiencing.
- 4-hour onsite scheduling of technician for emergency support.
- Workstation/Server loaner - same day temporary replacement in the event of a workstation or server crash.
- Vendor Liaison Services - project management, escalation, and follow-up for your Internet/e-mail/hardware/software providers.
- A Preferred Client Discount of 15% on Non-Covered Technical Support Labor: This includes network upgrades, special projects, or any other type of service we offer outside the scope of this package
Consulting & Planning
Continual face-time with you and your key staff and sufficient planning is critical to the long-term success of a secure and reliable network.
- On a monthly basis, your assigned account manager will appear onsite to review a brief summary of your network's trends, security and performance, as well as to review any other necessary related issues.
- Approximately every third month and at a mutually convenient time, we will meet with you on-site to perform a more extensive analysis of your network's trends, security, and performance, as well as to review your company's goals and technology issues with you. This quarterly review will allow us to make specific recommendations for improving your network performance, office productivity, and help you plan and budget for future IT needs. This also includes assistance with disaster recovery planning, regulatory compliance, and Acceptable User Policy implementation.

When the time comes to replace/upgrade your equipment, you have the benefit of utilizing our pre-negotiated discount prices with leading brand names such as Dell®. This generally saves you approximately 15%-20% off retail pricing.
