“We actually value that they understand what our goals are both in the short term and in the long term.  We also value the relationships we’ve established with several of their staff people. Allen is just great. Tim is fantastic.

We work with several of their techs and they are all personable, easy to talk to, they understand your concerns, they respond quickly. I have found them to be a company that is very easy to work with; very responsive which keeps my frustration level from getting too high so I really appreciate that. Like I said it’s having your IT department down the office and when I’ve got a problem, I can raise the alarm and get them to take action on my behalf quickly, and that feels great. “
