"We’re out in an estate vineyard that produces in the range of 30,000 cases of wine a year. A good many of those cases are sold out directly to customers in our tasting room, also on our wine club. There were vendors that did offer more cost effective solutions but we weren’t satisfied that it was the best overall value. What I value most about my relationship with TechXpress is they’re somebody I can count on. I can count on them getting the job done. They stick to the plan. They’ve been really great to work with. When I’m the owner, I don’t really want to get into a lot of the details. If we agree what we’re going to do as a team, on our side and on theirs, and then the plan is carried out and it all works as advertised, life doesn’t get any better than that.”

How is your business benefiting from technology?

"In most cases, technology has been the equalizer to allow us to provide a cost effective service to all of our clients.It’show we farm as many acres as we do, as efficiently as we do, as spread out as we are, is basically because we are as automated as we are, and that leads back to computers.That’s why it’s important for a company like ours to have an IT provider that really performs as a partner.”

"I have been very happy. They’ve been very responsive. It’s a very professional organization, they put forth a good image, they do what they say they’re going to, they follow through, and Bryan and his team are really good about follow up too.
