My company, Goetz Manderley, have been using the services of TechXpress for several years now for our multi-location office for technical support, hosting, and design of our business website. In December of 2007, TechXpress introduced us to their service called NetGuard. During the few months we have been under this service, we have been very satisfied with the program. It truly is like having our own IT department for your company.

Everyone we have dealt with at TechXpress is very down to earth, helpful, informative, and most of all, patient! As a non-technical person, I rely heavily on the information and recommendations provided by TechXpress and they have been very good about putting it in language I understand. They are willing to spend whatever time is necessary to help explain or answer questions.

The most beneficial parts of NetGuard for me have been the ease of reporting technical problems through the on-line system, the customized reports provided, and the discount on equipment. We no longer have to wait until we have several issues with our computers before calling in an effort to save money on a service call. Problems big and small can be dealt with immediately. The staff creates reports on our system for our review based on what information we need at that time. And with a growing business, the at-cost pricing available for purchase of equipment has been a blessing. And the opportunity for free unlimited training classes is a great resource for any company.

Every business has its unique needs and operations. I can only speak for Goetz Manderley and the benefits we see in using the NetGuard service for our business. We have been pleased so far and if/when we are not pleased, we know TechXpress makes every effort to conform their service to our needs.
