We were having a difficult problem with our server sending out spam and we didn't know about it, except for some odd emails. TechXpress became aware of the problem and came out without us even calling! Allen, one of the techs, found a near impossible to find "phishing scam" that was being sent from our server! He took care of all the legalities and corrected the scam immediately. It was such a technical problem, we had our doubts it could be corrected, let alone corrected as expediently as it was by TechXpress!

After a "friend" attempted to solve a minor problem on our computer and inadvertently crashed it, I panicked. I feared I would loose all my records, documents, etc. I called TechXpress as we had them serve us several times for various problems in the past. They thought there would be a chance to retrieve all we had lost. At first, we were told to bring the computer in; however, when they learned the friend had also defragged the system, they were doubtful of what, if anything, they could retrieve. A tech came to our home, worked on the system for some time and was able to retrieve most of what had been lost. I've learned two things: never let a friend touch our computer and call TechXpress first!
