TechXpress was able to work with us and understand some of the special needs that our incredibly complicated product lines require. UCP/Ride-On in San Luis Obispo relies on TechXpress for all of our computer and network needs. Though my experience is limited with the particular system that is installed, I feel confident working on my computer and helping my peers with their computer problems because of the support I have received. The two TechXpress staff that have come to our office in the last month have been particularly patient with our staff, many of whom have little experience working with computers. Each of them on various, separate occasions have taken the extra time to teach me what they are doing, and explain the options when it comes to troubleshooting which software or hardware to purchase, or even where to locate second opinions.
