UCP/Ride-On in San Luis Obispo relies on TechXpress for all of our computer and network needs. Though my experience is limited with the particular system that is installed, I feel confident working on my computer and helping my peers with their computer problems because of the support I have received. The two TechXpress staff that have come to our office in the last month have been particularly patient with our staff, many of whom have little experience working with computers. Each of them on various, separate occasions have taken the extra time to teach me what they are doing, and explain the options when it comes to troubleshooting which software or hardware to purchase, or even where to locate second opinions.
I have found the follow-up to be well within professional limits, and the phone etiquette to be professional at all times with TechXpress. Additionally, the gentleman helping me come up with a packet for our office employees to attend computer courses has been great at getting the important information across and he follows through with phone calls in a timely fashion.

It was Friday night at 7 pm, and I was preparing a new office for a grand opening on Saturday at 10am. The only problem?
