We are seeking a full-time, in-house project manager to assist with the successful delivery of sophisticated website projects. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to effectively manage production resources (IA, designers, programmers, QA, etc.), and have a solid technical grasp with prior experience managing website or software projects. This position can promote into the Lead Project Manager within 12 months of start.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee delivery of website projects by acting as liaison between resources (IA, designers, programmers, QA, etc.) and stakeholders (clients).
• Develop and manage project specifications, plans, and timelines.
• Identify project risks and make adjustments/improvements as needed.
• Validate/thoroughly test project deliverables and present to stakeholders for review and approval.
• Ensure all ongoing project tasks and related communications are properly documented in our internal tracking systems.
• Assist in refining and creating project management policies and procedures.
• Assist in creating and implementing ways to increase project delivery efficiency while maintaining top client satisfaction.
• Provide sales support for new features and services to clients.

Qualifications of Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of website/software project management experience.
• 2+ years overseeing project staff resources.
• 1+ year experience performing technical quality assurance testing.
• 2+ years experience with digital media campaigns (PPC, social, email, affiliate, shopping comparison, SEO, etc.).
• Solid high level technical grasp related to web programming and databases.
• Familiarity with web UI best practices.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thrives in a multi-task type of environment.
• Associates degree (or equivalent) in business or technology related field preferred.
• Project management certified a plus.
