TechXpress is seeking an experienced hands-on eCommerce Marketing Manager to join our fast growing Website Marketing business. Your primary role in this new position is to oversee day-to-day operations of the ongoing Internet Marketing services we provide to each of our unique website clients. This position requires a dynamic individual who is up for the challenge of providing measurable results to a unique set of high performance websites.
Responsibilities:

Creating, planning, and executing Internet marketing initiatives that meet or exceed the expected goals for each client website being managed.

Managing internal and external resources for executing marketing initiative deliverables. Includes managing schedule of client projects, creating and assigning new tasks to resources, updating project management/CRM software on a daily basis, and taking ownership of the outcome of the assigned project. Examples include reviewing content entry, copywriting, design elements, link building campaigns, programming features, etc.

Provide assistance, supervision, and mentoring for company’s other employees who are assigned Internet Marketing tasks. Specifically, this must be demonstrated by holding scheduled meetings to review questions, oversee work, and spot-check tasks.

Measuring and reporting on the quality of each project’s Internet Marketing initiatives internally and with clients on a regular scheduled basis.

Executing on deliverables that internal or external resources are not available for. This includes but is not limited to PPC, Email marketing, SEO, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, Shopping Comparison Feeds, Articles and Press Releases.
Qualifications:

3+ years professional Internet Marketing experience with verifiable track record of success.

2+ years experience managing resources (employees and contractors).

Exemplifies a positive results-oriented attitude.

Polished phone and face-to-face communication skills.

Refined written communication skills for reporting, proposals, cover letters, emails, and other correspondence.

Superior work ethic and time management skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and utilizing project management and CRM (customer relationship management) software to track workflow, activities and communications.
Compensation Package:
This position offers a first year base compensation package of $55,730 - $82,305 depending on experience and performance.
