Based in San Luis Obispo, CA and founded in 1999 by Bryan Sarlitt, TechXpress specializes in helping organizations operate more efficiently and profitably by improving their use of technology. From streamlining computer network management to developing high performance Websites, we are committed to providing measurable results to our clients, and living up to our slogan, "Your Technology Partner".

 We have steadily grown out of a “garage” in 1999, to currently being ranked as one of the top technology service firms on the Central Coast. We take pride in the fact that our growth is primarily attributed to a strong repeat client base and their referrals.

Key accreditations include being a part of the elite 1% of Microsoft Partners who are Gold Certified, being ITIL Certified, and maintaining an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau for more than 11 years.

Services Overview

TechXpress is split into two divisions; IT Services and Web Services:

  • IT Services – complete computer network management for a fixed fee including help desk support, 24/7 monitoring & maintenance, security consulting, onsite service, data backup management, software training for employees, and ongoing strategic planning.
  • Web Services – cutting edge eCommerce solutions including website design, website development, shopping cart implementation, web hosting, web support, and Internet Marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC).

    • ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) is the most widely accepted approach to IT Service Management in the world. ITIL provides a cohesive set of best practices, drawn from the public and private sectors internationally. It is supported by a comprehensive qualification scheme, accredited training organizations, and implementation and assessment tools. The best-practice processes promoted in ITIL both support and are supported by the British Standards Institution's Standard for IT Service Management

  • Google AdWords Qualified Professional
    • The Google Advertising Professionals program offers professional qualification that allows TechXpress to develop deep knowledge of AdWords and related products, and then showcase that knowledge to its prospective clients.
  • A+ Rating with Better Business Bureau
    • As a member since March of 2001, TechXpress supports the Bureau's services to the public and meets its membership standards by maintaining the highest satisfactory record available, a AAA rating. TechXpress also participates in the BBB Membership Identification Program which uses special procedures including mediation and arbitration if necessary to resolve a complaint. (details).

Company Founder

As the founder and active visionary of TechXpress, Bryan Sarlitt brings over 12 years of industry experience to his current role as CEO. With a background in business, Bryan is passionate about helping companies increase their operational efficiencies and scale their organization by leveraging the right technologies. Day-to-day duties at TechXpress include managing company operations, strategic planning; marketing, and business development with clients.
