San Luis Obispo, CA -- At a reception held at the Oxnard Topa Tower Club on October 18, 2004, TechXpress Founder/CEO Bryan Sarlitt was honored as one of the 40 under Forty Award recipients presented by the Pacific Coast Business Times. The award recognizes up-and-coming business leaders under the age of 40 who work in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties.

The 40 under Forty honorees were nominated by their business peers and voted upon by the Times’ editorial staff based on three criteria: professional accomplishment, community involvement and outside recognition of these accomplishments. Forty award recipients were chosen, profiled in the September 24th issue of the magazine, and recognized at the October 18th reception and banquet.
